THE BOX-THE MEANS TO UNRAVEL TOO MANY ILLUSIONS, STORE AND MANIPULATE PHYCHIC (HUMAN) ENERGY OF THESE METAPHYSICAL DAYS
I have informed Government Law Enforcement agencies of this ability, and a few responsible people. No doubt many people are learning, now most are forgetting...,how to make the human energy circuits.
The Dr. Reich Energy Accumulator Variation (tin can for storing and electrical moving of human psychic energy).
Today's environment of illusions; e.g.- faster than what isseen/felt speeds, too slow speeds, anomalous "looks" and "shouting" levels, to the extent of disappearing things, that may or may not, for lack of better words, be there, are not only confusing, but in some cases can injure and result in one's death. Such phenomena have, no doubt, been the result of the Alpha and Omega Point and a Macular (large scale) Quantum World Model shift. i.e. An Almighty God, being made quite evident (Frank Tipler, Dr. Austin, V.A Doctors, Artificial Life, Macular Quantum; Berkey U. et al., ) and individuals needing to have basic requirements met have resorted to prayers and/or metaphysically disabling techniques. Given most people have more power then one would expect for early 21th Century potential (Tampa, Florida, the Internet, National Television on two commercials asserting: "Mommy? Are you a "Time-warp?" and "Well, Ladies and Gentlemen, Looks like the "E" word i.e. entropy, "...has taken it's toll on Wall Street again...." sense 1999.) the amount of illusions could be chaotic. Certainly these multiple illusions are occurring in many areas of the world; however the Dr. Reich/Floater (Schiffer Jr. 1999) Box- a variation of the original Dr. Reich Orgone Energy Accumulator- enable circuits that use human energy the same way as one uses electricity. The H.E.C. Human Energy Circuit moves, stores, and transfers human energy from good feelings one gets from nature, good movies, good music, etc... in a similar way the human body does but made into an electrical alagory. Certainly the metric for measuring human (psychic) energy has not been solicited as it should be, but according to the teem-work/"we feelings constants" stabalization can be found adding the latter to authentic psychological and neurological research.
Unraveling illusions is even more timely enhanced by Professor's Jahnn and Dunne's Future Unconsciousness unit that differentiates negatives with respect to the constant "we-feelings" ("We-feelings"- or teem-work feelings-Cartwright, Row Peterson) in the air. I call this unit, in effect, a "Sin" detection Unit.+" Not withstanding, the two theories combined will tell the reality of which person's reality is less transferring, harmful or "sinful" as the others. It can also enact law enforcement or commonly understood; psychic war, according to what nature truly wants (What "Nature" wants, with a capitol "N" is similar to the outcome of Gaia Principals; Floaters; Anomalies to Photograph, Schiffer Jr)
+A smaller "Future Consciousness..." ; Princeton's P.E.A.R. Project; Red Nova News). A smaller Future Consciousness "sin" ("sin"- added by editor) unit can be made from sequential waves- @ .33 Hz apart with about 1/1000" distance between the junction of a .33 Hz complement (negative charge), such as a junction between two conductive pin heads, The vunerability of this circuit will be affected when human errors litteraly are comming in the immediate (basically in 2.5 minutes to 1 hour). This unit really goes off when human errors are in the air from transferrences based upon we-feelings. If one, that is, breaks the we-feelings/teem work by disrespect then simple accedents from tripping to outright earth moving events- tital waves- that the larger unit (Future Conscouness R.E.G. societies from the P.E.A.R. project) has predicted at F.C. Societies. ++ The point is, now truly peaceful leaders can be discerned from those not as peaceful. Also, one can uncategorically detect weather one political person's ideas were "first" or not first in an effort to gain popularity and so on. The only cost of "The Box," besides cotton/steel wool or fish net art etc.., will be quantities (Freud et all.) of good human energy from things such as; good sports, uplifting art, entertainment. Material costs would be aproximately $100.00 to $250.00 for aluminum foil, things that look like steel wool and cotton, and fish net...
Making a large cotton/steel wool (or today's air- fish net instead of steel wool on artistic material or the real fish net) one is able to sit in or walk in is not very difficult. The Box enables one to build further boxes, (or smaller tin cans...), within boxes for human energy circuits. With that, merely a room that enables a refreshing taste of an area that cannot be transferred from- a simi-portable "paradise," needless to say, would exist for those that need a refuge from today's streeses- especially movie stars, political people and those fighting the transferring auto' s. Lastly, as one gets rid of, by any means, the bad air e.g.- human transferrences, sins, disception and other collective bad things that indeed are in the air (Floaters/Foxes as uniting all collective things- John Schiffer Jr.) one would be in a wonderful position for serenity to the extent that dependency on this "paradise box" should be avoided.
HEALING DISEASES WITH THE BOX and PAINS by using TV SHOWS ECT.
The following is a voice recording of a retired high ranking officer in the air force that was helped to be healed of a stroke using anthropomorphic energy easily obtained from T.V. shows that one need not watch. The Box, a repeating phraze on a V.C.R. recorder and a repeating phrase transferreing anthropomorphic human energy- due to Quantum Macular Paradigm Shift-.
NOTE; For those already building a box (have read the hows and such of why the box works, one can ascribe (transfer) "the unknown fear and/or gross transferrences (e.g. "sins" that are quantities for usage against) as a protection. These cause minor to large pains in one that would take the energy for themselves.
______________________________________________ Technological Stuff: Every thing we know of has anthropomorphic energy that, if in large enough quantities can be felt as good loving psychic energy. This applies to television shows and music as well.
The scrutiny of the following steps and premises, in light of current times, make the following theory and construction profitable as well as feasible.
1. A brief look at Gaia and a typical illusion. 2. The basic theory of human energy manipulation to material containers. 3. A can of human energy construction in detail and the means for making the larger, walk-in box. 3a. The details of moving one's human energy (psychic energy) for circuits as well as definitions, to the can and/or Box.
1. A very critical Illusion
Gaia Theory, by John Lovelock, states- basically the earth (and, no doubt, the Universe) works not as much as in survival of the fittest to establish species, but as a nurturing mother.
The Goddess Gaia- sustaining any species or thing by means of supplanting any geological, biological, and /or meteorological entity with a lack of nurturing for greater nurturing where there might be a deficiency. This theory simply puts any entity(s) sustentation ahead of others to time indefinite and forever. This includes typical illusions that involve unconscious and conscious mental cues. Such cues, stigma's" or "illusions" may be the apparent "raising of one's voice." "You're yelling!" although human in some cases would not need attention, but on most occations, nurturing both of these cues would still be in the best interrests of The Earth and certainly the Universe. Hense Gaia for human interation as well as non-human. Often diplomacy depends upon what, and how another diplomat sees and discerns from another diplomat. One might hear. "No. I'm not yelling!" another would answer, that is classically done by newly weds and happens when neither one is yelling. With only a small amount of human energy transferred into the time when one hears the "yelling" it, can be seen for the illusion it most often is. The truth one discerns will, in most cases, be that no one indeed is raising their voice but the result of a transferrence. The Dr. Reich/Floater Box will show how to unravel any and all illusions in the sense that the latter can be recorded inside a large "Box." For further verification of Visual illusions can be filmed where three dimentional films are objectively obtained. Actually this Box is as a gigantic tin can, and will be shown to manipulate and dispose of human (psychic) energy. Once the construction of the Box is completed one can make another box inside of the original Big Box, to film or record the floaters coming out of any picture of an illusion. This floater would be interpreted, basically, as a "sin" or large transferrence going on from the people in the picture. This is because when human energy is ascribed to the film and in complete objectivity, one's camcorder will photograph the non-onterfearance of loving energy (psychic energy) going to today's quantum/anthropomorphic world. This really says that complete objectivity in teem work environment no matter what is going on on the outside is possible and recordable. The films can be combined with P.E.A.R. projects Future Consciousness unit (although a smaller version for small human natives), or what I call a "sin" detecting Unit, that will sense any "sin" from either parts of the unravelled illusion. With an optimum of 12 measures of human energy for each measure of time (Carl Jungs "slide-rule" characteristics for human (psychic) energy: Basic Writtings of Carl G. Jung; Violet De Lazlo; Bollignton Press; "we-feelings" Cartwright, Row, Peterson; Future Consciousness; Jahnn, Dunne; Red Nova 2002-2004; Floaters; Pictures of human transferrences over "we-feelings" standard- John Schiffer Jr.) the illusions for complete accuracy. For example: a tape recording of two people that think one or the other is yelling can be recorded and if on video tape or better yet- film, as human energy is applied to the tape if bup inside the box, that is inside another box for accuracy, one will see, if, indeed, yelling actually was recorded in an objective environment. How is this and all illusions accomplished? One merely ascribes "fresh" (unblemished human energy detailed later) to the picture.
If one applies human energy to such apparatus, sense no one is inside the smaller box, one will see floaters comming out of the picture, to the extent that a transferrence acompanied the illusion. Hense, with assured acuracy, one can have complete objective acuracy, such has never been accomplished before in psychology for illusions and truth. (Note: Sense the time of this first writting of The Box, it has become necessary to layer a very scatter amount of crystals- they repel spontainious human enregy- completely around or inside One's Box, because the illusions and pain of the times December 25, 2007 and onward have become quite pronounced; see: High Momentum Vehicles; John T. Schiffer Jr. 2003). If further scrutiny is needed the sensitive Future Consciousness unit will be added to the ensemble showing if a large human transference were involved with the apparent yelling denoting another transferance or "sin." This sin, within the "yelling" transferrence would be seen as a floater comming out of one of the individuals. As is the case, with further experiment, an optimum amount of transferrences can be recorded as human energy and "sin" detecting units for analysis reach total disintegration level (Disappearing ant and pebble at: Age to Youth page 1 of this paper.). The question is, how does one acquire this human energy? 2 .++
__________________________________________ 2. Some of the Technical reasons for Mechanical Disposing and Manipulation of Human Energy
* Storing of human energy stems from the knowledge of nuroscience from such writers as mentioned in the prior article, Frank Tipler, Warren, being two and Princeton's R. Jahnn and Dunne's look at the role of the mind in the physical world being another. Basically, the brain and outside world are more or less illusions until acted further upon by the brain and perhaps other organs. It does not mean, in the neurology just explained, that if the brain sees mass it would not be subjugated to a person, but thinking mass- thoughts having weight- have an affinity, for lower forms in nature (Pierre Janet). The original intention of the thoughts or projections may get distorted on their way down but unless accomplishing the directed intention it tends to "fall" as it were. That human energy's disposition, unless used for the succesfully used for the betterment of mankind, attraction to lower forms of life, is what led Dr. Reich to further state that human energy has an affinity for organic forms in nature [as well as lower levels](This organic form includes man-made inanimate thins such as electricity; hence, although technical, constant cell phone useage will indeed affect human energy that, in turn, afects the body). In any event, these organic materials would include what the tin can and H.E.C. circuits are made of. These thin layers (about a 10th of an inch) are placed (from 12 layers and greater) inbetween man-made materials such as steel wool, "angle hair," or an ultra fine web of aluminum. Today one can merely use materials that only look as if they are steel wool, or fish netting. This is because of experiments in Tampa/St. Petersburg showed that the Floaters (Visible symbols of transferring psychic energy) for human feelings look identical to things that can merely look like they are floaters. That is- a person that perceives steel wool or pictures of steel wool being transferred could unconsciously and consciously know that their human energy feelings were transferred. The layers would be; organic material, man-made material, organic, man-made and so on. This forms a matrix for "confusing" the human mind about what is taking place in this area. The ability to control the amount of human perceptions comes from the introduction of Floaters or foxes of Solomon. Furthermore, as exemplified in Floaters; Anomalies to Photograph, materials that reflect light, in spontaneous situations between two or more people, can make floaters (symbols of human energy) that are reflectable. In a spontaneous situation, human energy in forms of these Foxes/Floaters have the ability to be reflected by mirrors. But common sense dictates that mirrors do not reflect human energy in most every situations. At the same time, however, another property of the Dr. Reich/Floater Box exists in that reflection of human energy in spontainious circumstances is most obtainable when the introduction of cotton/steel wool (fish net too) "confuses" the human mind about what is taking place in a box surrounded with such- as will be seen later. Floaters, as a metaphor for human energy transferences, also, from experience and testing, have always tended to look like "steel wool" or "fish net" when denoting one's feelings (Margins of Reality; Jahnn/Dunne compaired to Floaters; Anomalies to Photograph). In Professor's Jahnn and Dunne's book; Margins of Reality, one measures human emotions in terms of waves. These waves being standing wages such as the waves one sees in a dish when vibrating water in it slightly. The metaphor, in turn, has created a visible photographable floater/fox for human energy in the form of what looks like steel wool. One the other hand a floater for transferred energy from too much entropy reversing (Viz: too much of "Such and such is nice,""That '"thing'" has a good feeling in it,"" and this is good" and so on) tends to have a photographable floater looking like cotton "fuzz." 22. The goal of this Box, then, is not only to distort the normal flow of human energy that makes another unable to recognize it's presence, but store it by means of a distasteful form of human energy surrounding it- that being- human energy in the form of the Unknown fear. 3. Making of The 'tin can' (which as a larger unit can be "The Box") for Human Energy Circuit protection.
In this version of the Dr. Reich Energy Accumulator I use mirrors or aluminum foil completely surrounding the seven thin layers of cotton and steel wool, respectively, and dying with as natural colors (sometimes food coloring) as I can afford yellow, red, purple and one layer undyed or white. As the "tin can" for containing psychic energy may have no room in it's inside for objects. A much larger container would require the same amount of layers (seven to 12 or more preferably 44 layers for least leakage) of cotton and steel wool, the layers, of which, are surrounded by milar reflective material, but again, cost is relevant. The size can range from four feet by four feet to as sizable room as one wishes. The size is only contain another cotton/steel wool layered box within it for the H.E.C. circuits. Insidently one should not let any layer of steel wool or cotton touch each other and spread out the steel wool or steel wool substitute in various places on the cotton as one goes. I also exclude the wood, because, I have found it absorbs some characteristics of (Orgone) human energy as well as any outside window or area where the energy can get out. Getting back to the tin can inside the box for H.E.C. circuits- the human energy that is merely the feeling; e.g. human energy being psychic energy, one gets after reading a good book or good motion picture as opposed to the feeling one had before the book or picture. Human energy, in this case, is the difference between a good feeling and not as good a feeling in terms of a quantity of feeling- this, of course, is Freud: human (psychic energy is quantitative as well as qualitative. Next, one ascribes to the layers of cotton and steel wool, that "good feeling" from themselves to the foil-surrounding cotton/steel wool by any means to make the Human Energy Box's surroundings have human energy in it. Of-course, anyone collectively or consciously will transfer "or steal the energy inside the layers so one makes this outside shell The Unknown Fear- an ultra simple process to keep energy-nappers from transferring one's movies, radio programs etc.. from it's container. Opps, one tiny small thing left sense today's pain and slowness etc....is pronounced left to make this Box virtually invincable and that is to scatter a very thin layer of any crystal around or inside The Box that repels human energy also (I use sugar inside my box and wow!).
Such claims in the preceding would exceed the imagination and by no means seem fantastic, but such a misunderstanding is not as disputed in today's world of Artificial Life Logic, Human Energy in the air as Foxes, and lastly, a Biblical God biologically feasible, resolving all such misunderstandings. Such lack obviously is what ended Dr. Reich's life, but as things get "brighter" problems get resolved. Making the "Box" is not difficult, but a slight feeling of arrogance will be felt in it's construction sense the box is not actually being closed, but as one's own creation of a world. More will be understood as one reads further. In any case, were one to ascribe a little human energy to the surroundings and as each quantity of energy is ascribed it would need to be "appreciated" with the energy already inside the area. That is- human energy in quantities repels itself unless it is joined just as the human mind joins human energy to more human energy.
After a brief look at the construction of the Box one will notice that human energy is forced to move along predictable paths outside a person, through many containers, halted, moved, and increased quantitatively precisely as electricity. For example: a difference of potential of electricity is what moves electricity along a conductor, and a difference in words (e.g. word meanings technically) is what makes one container of human energy move another container of human energy to a third container or a photograph. Certainly electricity if not the same as human energy here, but it's disposability and manipulation is the point- The theory of Human Energy Circuits.* IMPORTANT NOTE:. REMEMBER; WHEN PUTTING THE ENERGIES FROM GOOD BOOKS/SPORTS ect...INTO ANY CONTAINER MENTIONED HERE (e.g.: symbols of time/distance/electrical charge of emotions/mass by Jahnn/Dunne 1978, Schiffer Jr, 1987, together) IN THE TIN CAN/BOX, ADD THE ENERGIES CATEGORICALLY OR APPRECIATE THE NEWER BATCH OF ENERGY WITH THE OLDER ENERGY INSIDE THE CONTAINER. That is- Human energy is combined only when it is mentioned together as one complete thought. This is the same as when a person combines a thought sequence to another thought sequence in an effort to combine it for a better feelings.
Supporting the latter statement: floaters, upon spontaneous situations, will be seen in the mind's eye as actually obeying the long standing paradigm-one cannot add the feelings from mental thoughts that make one feel better (entropy reversing* as shown in the Margins of Reality by R. J. Jahnn and B. Dunne.) with feelings that make one better from a former time not done with the original thought sequence. Of course, there are ways to get around this with a little bit of faith, very positive environment and appreciating one amount of energy to the other. Human entropy reversing* is most often, a process that changes or adds good ideas and thoughts with another idea or thought, to reverse what Mother Nature usually does- brings people down- C.G. Jung. For example- "that chair is looking good, the trees seem to have lots of goodness in them, and it is a nice day" is one mental act that makes one entropy reversing act or good feeling. It is added, in regular working environments to "The house is good, people seem nice around me today, and it's nice to have material things." by an act of will in the mind repeating the former phrase; "that chair is looking good, the trees seem to have lots of goodness in them, and it is a nice day." All of these thoughts must be added together as one unit to achieve more good feelings. One may have used, say, an hour earlier, these words to make them feel better, but (again,of course, there are ways to get around this with a little bit of faith, and so on.... But if one thinks of the entire words together; the energy truly gains in power and quantity. At this point it is safe to say that before or after transferring the energy to the outside layers, one can easily convert that energy into a "stigma" of what is the most fearful thing one can imagine in vast amounts. For example one has just operated a jig saw and notices the initial fear from operating such and merely converts batches of energy into this feeling. Then it is obvious that this fearful feeling would not be good to take into oneself. Hence a box with hatch and inlets for air and electricity is now ready for assembly and use as a separation from all forms of transference outside.
Nothing more is required for The Box unless one uses it to hold further boxes of human energy inside of it. This is the heart of astute Human Energy Circuits, Teleportation, Illusion Unraveling, and certain forms of psychic war depending upon what is best for mankind and nature to time indefinitely or forever. Thus separating human energy in an inclosed space is done by making "spacers."
What I call "spacers" acts to separate yet control the energy's repelling properties. The stigma of The unknown fear is one kind of human energy and the "raw" human energy is a different kind of human energy stigma or "raw." These two will need to be separated by a relatively small amount of human energy in the final form of human energy for the Box.
In times distant it was said by C. S. Lewis that sentimentalism was not always a bad idea but prevailing intellectualism seemed to dwarf any feelings between men, women as well as groups. Sentimentalism, is as when one calls what is beautiful- "pretty" instead of the prouder words: "sublime."- C. S. Lewis. Sentimental feelings are quite honest and childlike. But sometimes such direct honesty, as opposed to, worldly intellectualism carries a special problem. During moments of deep affection for the opposite or same sex, one may feel sexual a slight sexual arousing from said or implied love in the biological sexual area This happens when two men or women have completely normal conversations between each other and say something such as "I sure like you, dude,..." but without the less sentimental "dude" attached. Very often when anyone comments to another; "I love you."etc." due to a lack of we feelings often seems to border on biological attraction as opposed to higher or partie superior feelings. Strangely enough, the word "respect" or any word equivalent for self esteem injected to the other individual, when acting sentimental will certainly enough nullify times of inordinate sexual stimulations. The proofs of these phenomena are my direct experience and verifiable as metaphysical (physically proven in Floaters: Anomalies to photograph) "word metrics" (Margins of Reality: Robert Jahnn, Brenda Dunne; Princeton Press). The metric, or mind's way of measuring distance to another, uses, quite often the word "respect." Therefore, one could assume that sense this distance maker; "respect" the conveyed feelings from the word; "respect", becomes one of the simplest ways make distance between a person, other persons- hence human energy in the same area. This is as a sponge soaks up water between two puddles thereof. The inferences from adding self esteem to one-self can allegedly add distance to feelings that would other wise Junginly overlap to make an inappropriate feeling in sentimental times or separate individuals expressing sentimental feelings. In any case, the word "respect" can and does provide more distance in psychic energy terms between two people as well as two containers of psychic energy.

More is being said about human energy manipulation after this article. The spacers act as room for the human energy to have room. It is necessary to have such room (or in this case the illusion of having room) in order to add human energies together without having to repeat oneself over and over. Human energy does not combine unless mentioned together or unless having a great deal of room (space) in between itself. The spacers do just this. Spacers are exactly the same as the tin can of Dr. Reich Energy Accumulator shown in the photograph...but without the wood and smaller. They themselves are as my original variation of/and a miniature Dr. Reich Energy Accumulators. Spacers are made the same as the tin can of energy from the coffee can and have exactly the same things in them in proportion. The size of these spacers can be a match book size or even a little bigger. One merely gets some reflective mirror stuff (Walmart Rearview Mirror repair kit Rectangles work perfectly for the mirror box (accumulator) and if the plastic Rear-view Mirror kits are not at Walmart they most defiantly will be at any Auto-supplies Store such as Discount Auto) and cut it into the size of a matchbook or close too it so long as it only fits into the coffee can is the only prerequisite. After one has a top and bottom for the spacer, one merely cuts out a rectangle strip that will be the sides of the spacer box. The sides of the spacer can be round, oval, square, rectangle of what have you so long as it fits into your coffee can. With a bottom, now, of your spacer and a side strip, glue the bottom to the side strip to make a tiny little open box. This is simple. Now, inside this little box goes a few pieces of wood, a cotton layer, next a steel wool layer. Add then, more cotton layers and steel wood layers until one has seven layers of cotton and steel wool that they merely pack together to make a miniature model of the Dr. Reich tin coffee can. The spacer is now filled with energy that is ascribed to the simple term: RESPECT. Respect has the uncanny ability to make room in between people. The word "respect," or similar word, makes space in between things, and respect itself, if done enough can compensate for the lack of room between houses that are crowded together in a city. "Respect" therefore, makes the necessary room in the tin can to add energy to energy without going over the initial energy one got with an initial human energy making session- such as 10 pages of a good uplifting novel. Lastly, when one is ready to place the spacer into a larger energy accumulator, one punches a little hole with a good sharp instrument in the top or bottom of the spacer. This hole opens the spacer so the "respect" stigma will be allowed to enter into the good energy. This hole should be small as a pin prick. With even more spacers to your tin can one can load tons of energy from book after book or any good thing that makes one feel good to only one can and not have to go over the initial things being added too. Just so long as all of the things that go into every area that is not separated with a spacer are still added categorically. Finally, if one doesn't want to hide their Dr. Reich tin can of human energy somewhere to be certain of keeping "energy nappers" from finding out where it is unconsciously, or even consciously, one must take their stored energy and "hide" it somewhere or in a much easier method one protects the stored human energy. For this, one will need another spacer in their tin can [with some more quantity-of; "respect" in it] as well as another seven layers of cotton and steel wool to wrap around the littler can . This spacer as well as another layer of cotton/steel wool around the original human energy will act as a protection with a different stigma in it. A protection of this sort is possible because of basic psychology called the transference. NOTE: Whenever one places one amount of human energy (in a can OR INSIDE THE LARGER "WALK-IN BOX," one must place another amount of cotton/steel wool or equvalent filled with a "respect" stigman to keep human energies from repelling each other. More will be said about placing another amount of human energy inside a "walk-in" Box later in this paper. The transference is a basic psychological term in which one person ascribes to another the childhood amigo of their father and/or mother that is their problem as well as their answer. This assumption results in the transferrer feeling better and the transferred upon feeling less human (psychic) energy- Freud. With respect to the transference, "Their are name kinds of transferences."-Freud/Jung, and too much of a transference too often: "A person that...transfers too often...is not only going to "put into risk their own mental states, but the doctors as well"- (Freud/Jung). Therefore, that sort of person is going to be just a little bit out of the real world, and seem, for all intents and purposes- slow. The slowness of such one will indelibly prohibit the necessary amount of mental alacrity to transfer, by ANY means, any human energy that is inside the area that is surrounded by a stigma of a fearful feeling. That is- a habitual transferrer is not going to be able to have enough faith to make a transfer threw this negative energy. So it works. The latter has always been true, religiously. also, He/She is slower and cannot get the good energy by normal thinking ability that is instantaneous (See Articles on instantaneous speeds of energy called: Tunneling Physics in Web Sites for details on ability for all forms of energy to cross over time and space.). Transferring by dull people or dull acts, is not religious, nor healthy and disables the amount of faith that is required for such an act. Such a person that procures another's "human energy" is, religiously speaking, unkosher, and is, as many organized religious organizations think; "Wicked". "Do not the wicked have understanding? Swallowing down my people as they eat bread?"Hort and Wescott Bible Edit. Again one sees the parallel: untimeliness of people that transfer what is not theirs both psychologically and from fundamental religious circles. Lastly, one may also think that an innocent child might inadvertently transfer some of this manivalent word stigma and be affected by it into fear. However, as is common sense small children do not, in any significant number, transfer. The only sizeable group that may make a deliberate transfer from such "bad vibes" is the mischievous "teen age prankster." This is, again, in the order of things, as adolescence is an age of many wanton, as well as unintended; "pranks." If an adolescent were to assimilate some of the "bad vibes" in the Dr. Reich/Floater Box, what should be a feeling of timidity, would prompt the young person to let go of the energy obtained. At this point one may realize that the feelings of timidity may not be felt immediately by anyone that feels what is in the "protective" layer of the Dr. Reich/Floater Box. This is not the point; however, of the protective layer- that is- to be felt as something scary. The area around the good energy can be increased to the point it is dangerous to "good" people (This is avoidable with more layers of respect and good feelings in between the energy one is going to use and the outside world). One may not feel bad vibes when making a transfer of the good energy. But if enough bad word energy is around the good, a malevolent feeling will surely ensue. This then, makes the Dr. Reich/Floater Box a practical tool for manipulating human energy without danger of the latter being assimilated or absorbed by another. With enough layers of malevolent energy around the good energy circuits, even many people will not have the mental agility to make a transfer of the human energy circuits. Usurping human energy that one did not work for or is not theirs is, by the nature of such an act, too slow. One sees that with an even stronger protective layer of energy feelings a lesser amount of energy itself is needed. Remember, however, that the amount of respect energy that separates different periods of human energy making, must be made with every amount of good human energy made. The respect energy also must be equal in quality or quantity to, with some leeway, one of the amounts of energy that one wishes to add together (This can be gotten around too because a little bit of faith in the stigma of the respect will make it more powerful). This circuit may seem complicated, but one's own mind being a guide to how energy adds up make such things simple after doing it a couple of times.
Getting back to the protective layer around our psychic energy, "What goes around, comes around," is a good phrase. Note: of the layers that are inside the coffee can, (the good energy) it is the smaller tin can that will hold our regular human (psychic) energy to be used. The next time any other person wishes to transfer our psychic energy, they will get a nasty surprise of "what comes around, goes around" with it. If one doesn't like the "what comes around, goes around" stigma, one can put an even greater curse within the areas in between the good energy inside the little can and the cotton/steel wool around it. "The fear that is incomprehensible". This incomprehensible fear is only the same as the religious/scientific equivalent of nature creating the fear of the "unknown"- such as a place religious people call "the lake of fire," or some such similar Biblical or religious philosophy. In either case, if the energy one worked for is transferred some how to the bad guy in no greater than 12 days after the "theft" has taken place, the hard earned good energy will simply come back to our original can. (This is again due to technological reasons I hope to propagate later). One merely places a tube that goes from the good energy to the outside of the whole unit to the outside world threw the mirror and "put" in the smaller can the good human energy until one opens the little flap covering the tube. This tube is made of any reflective tube, and if the reflective tube is bent, as one can do with a good ink pen, it makes absolutely everyone trying- any straying "psychological collective idea of one "'trying'" that is- to figure how this good energy got into the little can very difficult. With a little bend in the tube going into our good energy one may not remember what direction the little bend is in, even though he made it. The unconscious mind has ability to do all kinds of "locating" human energy in times of desperation. Remember to protect your good energy with a "bad" curse of energy around it and a "respect energy" spacer in between them.
The idea of the protective layer of "bad" energy can be added up more and more categorically or appreciatively, so that one can live in a box of Dr. Reich/Floater Variation in perfect peace with, literally, vast amounts of horrible fear around them. This is the concept of the Dr. Reich/Floater box, but this box gets hot when it's nasty around one, and it gets very hot inside. It needs air conditioning with six feet or so of cotton/steel wool layers (with a foil or aluminum around them, of-course) around the electrical cord from inside the Box to the outside and , again, has some more "scary" word human energy feelings from books or CD's (and even an old movie that makes one feel good to put into the layers) for protection. I have literally been in perfect peaceful conditions when all havoc was around me. I thank Love Almighty, and dedicate this, therefore, to Dr. Reich who was sent to his death in a United States prison for "dangerous" books of knowledge.

If one has built this contraption and ascribed human feelings to the layers inside the foil/mirror surrounding it, one may see that the addition of human energy to the layers is added exactly as the mind must add layers together. If not, than by the time one "puts" good human energy into a tin can and sees that it takes a quantity of respect energy to keep one batch of energy from forcing another batch of energy away from it. We see the very idea of human energy forcing one amount of human energy. In a hostile CAR/TRUCK environment where things are "nasty" to those that do not drive fast looking vehicles (See Prior Papers on: Evidence for the need of an Outside Speed Indicator on Most Vehicles and The Inability to See Outside Speed Indicators on Most Vehicles), dangerous mental "games" and even terroristic people are able to use human energy "circuits" for purposes that would not be possible otherwise. However, in more sustainable friendly (or non-car/truck/motorcycle environment-where other bicyclers/moped's/pedestrians/shut-in's, and so on, would not be seen to be hurtful- at least not unlawful, H.E.C. circuits would simply make altruistic atmospheres. The reason for this bad "Black Magic," as opposed to my knowledge of good "black Magic," is the ability I learned from my religious and non-religious experiences. I have noticed that dealing with psychic war(which no doubt is going on today 2005) the bad thing one enacts upon another is "paid" for at one own discretion, but a good payment is paid (more accurately "humbled out" and not '"paid" for"')when one gets a more ACCURATE FEELING the timing is correct. Non-religious as well as religious organizations will admit that, any metaphysical or psychic war instituted against one or another will be dealt with, with faith, and fairness will require a time for such "payments." That is- due to religious reasons of intuitive discernment [what Dr. Austin's science of prayer has shown with fundamental religious persons], those intuitive times/prayers that are negative- "God "'get'" him if it be him, and "'get'" me if it be me."; for example;" cannot be compensated for UNLESS the timing is in line with The Almighty's Will, basically similar to The Gaia Principal..." as well as space as a metaphor for distance and time as a metaphor for mercy in the Universe(s) (Dr. James Austin et al, the brain and prayer C.A.T. photos). Big sounding words...well, perhaps. But after all legitimate religion as well as the "Atheistic's" idea of the Mind of God agree- The other guy didn't know at what time he would be hit...... :O)
Technical Reasons for the legitimacy or non-legitimacy of Psychic War and Human Energy Circuits.
For example. If I were to "pay" for a couple excess blinks (or other such negative thing) by going through the motions for blinking excessively in the positive way...It would be contrary to blinking that way when it was necessary for my own safety. When I "hit" the other guy as they thought they were safe, it is only fair that I have to pay the same way I hit the bad guy. I cannot emphasize all of the bad things we tend to do to others we deem a "bad" guy hits them, and many do so when they are NOT ready. Therefore, we must "pay" for things when they are given us at the right time, not necessarily when we want to pay. But, given a hostile and painful environment with cars and trucks "bashing" along to all otherwise friendly pedestrians etc.... no one can feel their gut feelings enough to tell much of anything. An ability for the good the Dr. Reich/Floater Box and human energy circuits do, can be made into a literal bomb from a non-scientific philosophy in the air.
The human energy circuits that one can figure for themselves, act on the principal that ascribing so much human energy to a good film, with attention paid to apparent to the movie stars and people involved in making the film, that is feels as it did when one first saw such. With this idea in mind, it is important to remember that 12 and only 12 discreet payments will make any movie "brand new." Projecting large amounts of human energy to pictures or films, using the Double Blind method, will not only make it feel new to one seeing it, but any Fuzz, Floaters, even disappearing things and illusions will be evident on a film of the energy going into the photos. Because any more than 12 in a movie tends to "get back to" the actors and such collectively and/or makes an over payment that makes the movie worse ("human energy acts as a slide rule for instinctual to base levels " [and worse]- Carl G. Jung et. al) for having too much human energy in it. This anomalies, which I won't explain here, is useful to know sense after 12 days collective energy will reciprocate back to the individual regardless of the circumstances hindering it. More can be said of this idea at another time. But little boxes of energy..... The simple way that human energy with these tin cans and simple things MOVES OTHER HUMAN ENERGY is a new paradigm for a culture that is fair as well as quasi-paradise-Carl. G. Jung compared to Bible, Koran, Talmud, Buddha and so on....

More little boxes or energy can be taped together WITH A SMALL BAG or container WITH WATER AND AN ELECTRIC CHARGE in the water for prohibiting the flow of human energy (Dr. Reich Orgone Energy)- as an electric resister does in an electric circuit. As the reader will note here, this is the essence of moving human energy threw a "conductor" the same as electricity. The equivalent of Electro Motive Force is achieved by the human energy in one tin can [surrounded by "stigmas" to keep it's energy in] and by bringing close to another can, of the same. This is exactly like the mind does due to the nature of human energy, and the two coming close [outside the cans and in our minds]cause the two can's energy to repel themselves [of their energy]. This literally moves the energy, as I hope to show, to the reader when my own circuit is filmed as visual fuzz, blackness, redness and floaters appear and "disappear" out of the film. All-be-only a momentary effect on the two pictures, as I record the action with my camcorder, it will be shown the difference between the two illusions. In what should be a Governmental situation, any person or persons that have a discrepancy toward the government or business will be able to see the two versions of films as the truth in which the person that is first to have the thing done or seen will be most likely the person that is correct in their case. This can happen simply because the person or event that is first will require more human energy in it and only up to the 12 amounts of "payments" being the limiting factor [of illusion unraveling.] More Dr. Reich Boxes can be used for human error detection, human interference detection and so on...depending up [on the discrepancy of the Government involved. Lastly for our illusion unraveller, is the random even clock for turning on the circuit no more, than 12 days from the start of the procedure. (Floaters: Anomalies to Photograph. A Human Energy resistor can be similarly made with little cans of human energy that have more than seven layers of steel wool and cotton, that slows down, the human energy from flowing. A capacitor, which has only just enough electricity FOR PROHIBITING THE FLOW OF HUMAN ENERGY UNTIL DESIRED. One may ask at this point; "how does one keep the human energy from going down into the ground? I tried the experiment and my energy went into the ground right through the layers and foil on the bottom of the Dr. Reich/Floater Box." I use just a little silver in a couple old film negatives and an old crystal that broke sprinkled around the top of the human energy circuit. In actuality the human energy is slowed down from it's inherent unlimited potential. I also find that the more layers of cotton/steel wool one can use, the less "leaks" will happen. In fact- I use a program from a T.V. channel I do not watch, but like (such as The Golf Channel...), "feeding" the program into the inside of a coffee can with 7 layers via a cheep earphone speaker. I add to this inner box another cheep earphone speaker with a cheep V.C.R. and a repeating recording of the following:

But of-course, one needs a couple more things for illusion unraveling, never-the-less, three such boxes will, for reasons I will not go into, make all illusions what they were that were on a picture or film change into that which was first on the picture and even tell who was first with anything that was said done, or written- but cannot happen in a car/truck environment. Two Dr. Reich and Love Almighty be the honor and glory for the films that will soon be on this paper for evidence of the latter that get to the root of greed and illusions itself for Governmental Judges to use for evidence in a quasi-paradise world.-End
The blue denotes aluminum foil or mirrors that seal cotton/steel wool. The whole mess is timed to turn on with old battery run clocks, magnets on their hands, and a little reed switch that goes into action when the minute hand goes over the reed switch. The turning on and turning off this entire circuit is obviously in the latter order. Another way to get all of these cans to release their energy at random is to buy a $19.95 Day Planner (Radio Shack). Set it to start all of the electricity and timers that turn off and/or on the relays when the day is reached. A Clapper, that goes off when it hears the little "beep" on the Planner, will also turn on and/or off the camera, lights, string [that will pull off the top of the tin can of human energy], as well as the electricity in our main cans of human energy. When the camera is running after 12 or less days, as well as the electricity goes off on our main cans of human energy, the energy will push out of the cans and on to our picture. The picture, in turn, will lessen in FUZZ content first, if there is any FUZZ. Next the floaters will come out of the human, if a human is in the picture, and lastly, a much closer world will appear for a short time on the cam-corder that is accurate according to pure peace formulas from Floaters: Anomalies to Photograph. This less illusioned cam recording can stay in the Dr. Reich/Floater Box for a few days to keep it, itself from gaining illusions in the air.

The 12 days of having human energy in a can may condense it into Fuzz or Waves (Floaters: Anomalies to Photograph- The FUZZ film. Therefore, when charging any and all things that are used in the Dr. Reich Box as well as the H.E.C. circuits, add (with a little bit of appreciation energy to add them together as stated above) a little human energy stigma that says- "all of the human energy is in a TRANSENDENTAL STATE. That is to say that the human energy in our cans, Big Box, and spacers is now made transcendental. This transcendental state of all of our energies keeps the human energy for a few days in fresh shape. A good batch of appreciation-for-transcendentalism-of-human-energy already-in-the-cans we release into the box, cans, and spacers also gives us more ideas of other H.E.C. abilities. "Batch" of energy usually consists of the good feelings one gets with one good movie, and although this may not be necessary, I'm going to put three extra timers to release three more "batches" of appreciation-of-the-appreciation-of-the-human-energy-in-the-tin-cans-and-spacers already in the Box, other tin cans and spacers. If one wants to figure out how to get human energy past the outside layers of "the unknown fear" they can have another tin can of human energy inside the box, open the box, transfer the human energy inside the "intermediary" box and open it again to transfer the energy inside the intermediary tin can to appreciate the tin cans already inside the box needing a boost. It is easier just to use a headphone inside the box that is connected to a computer with recordings of one's voice and automated timing from computer programs offering such. Also, One can use cheep V.C.R.'s fro Thrift stores that have repeating V.C.R. capability and a microphone inside the tin can or box or combination. This boost is needed over a few hours time all the time, and the box itself if only open a split second to boost the Human Energy Circuits. This extra transcendental boost energy will ensure that any coagulation of human energy (released every three days with a timer and electricity), will not interfere with the circuit's abilities. This picture : ensures that one can get human energy "past" the outer layer of "unknown fear" of the Human Energy Circuit's Hull to the Human Energy "tin cans."
Certainly other ways may be accomplished, but this is one way. Just pull and push the plunger in and out of the "hull" of the Box (H.E.C.) as one transfers the good energy into the cotton/steel wool layers in the plunger. The little space between the layers of cotton/steel wool in the plunger will speed aid in holding the human energy inside the plunger and transferring it after a few pushes and pulls. Don't be discouraged, here is another way
The end results of this machine are fantastic because we can do all of the things we have ever seen on space movies. For example; we can direct the human energy from a flying saucer to transport air-planes and ships with a electronic multiplexing+ of human stigma's of alternating organic to non-organic word stigmas via an electronic multiplexer unit that any electronics bench tech can make. The word stigma, in this case, would be the formula word vector (For word formulas,see: Floaters: Anomalies....for the make-up, in physical terms, of all words.) that makes things transport threw the air. After a couple tests as to how much front, back, left, right, solid, transcendental, high, and low is needed in a word, one will be have the teleportation formula that makes things go threw the air- provided it be in line with Gaia (e.g. the very basic Will of an Almighty God). Remember to add a can of respect as a spacer to separate 1.) the scary words in the Box from the H.E.C. circuits, 2.) another can of respect energy to separate the H.E.C. circuits from the silver film that keeps the energy from "leaking" into the ground, and one more can of respect to 3.) separate the H.E.C. cans from each other. All of these extra cans of respect never need to be appreciated or joined to the other energies because respect tends to add distance to any "batch" of human energy. There is, of course, many ways one's energy can be put into little cans for dispensation. One way is to use the various microphones from cheep TV's and V.C.R.'s with recurring tapes one has there own voice recorded on such as this recording I used to charge only the "spacers" inside a coffee can with 45 layers of the Unknown "Fear" protecting it and so for a larger spacer.:

With other V.C.R.'s putting out recurring recordings of the anthropomorphic energy from other TV channels (that I like, again, but will enjoy later, I have appreciation for the Gaia Principal along side of my Box and tin cans inside that aid to keeping "leaks" inside the box. The leaks, as mentioned, as only usurped by individuals that may unconsciously transfer such energy via any unforeseen means. Gaia, however, if appreciated is similar to an Almighty God's Will that states one gets what one sews, [and not another], but in other terms. This means that If I will the anthropomorphic energy to go back inside the box that has leaked out, Gaia, that has been measured via the P.E.A.R. projects Future Consciousness Unit for bad, in contrast to good days, only means that Gaia, or in this case- what belongs inside the boss as one's own, is yours despite any human involvement, even one's own. Yes, Gaia is active despite human evolvement due to bad days being measurable beforehand by a machine.

If one also considers ideas such as the front, back, high, low, and so on... of word vector's mentioned in this paper, enable illusions to be compensated for according to a word/vector metaphor ascribed into additional tin cans of human energy. Something like adjusting the color, contrast, darkness, and intensity of one's art work or T.V. These are by no means fulproof, and subject to error, as well as a Higher Principal. One such safe guard to such discrepancies is greed and, speaking as a religious person; "sin." I hope that others will continue Therefore I hope that ideas for the "sin" detecting unit, that others are familiar with will be published as I intend not to publish no more science than this paper. I will say that the "sin" detecting unit would not be expensive, as well as other non-autonomous (non-human robotic circuits) human energy circuits that do not have sovereign human qualities. Reverence or respect for an Almighty God as well as ethics and protocol would be required in these ventures, hence I will warn one now, and responsibility for such things would require great regard for a loving character.
HEALING WITH THE BOX DISEASES AND PAINS FROM TV SHOWS ECT. Using many TV shows and old sports clips provides much anthropomorphic human energy for the tin cans inside one's box. Every thing we know of has anthropomorphic energy that, if in large enough quantities can be felt as good loving psychic energy. This applies to television shows and music as well.
The following is a voice recording of a retired high ranking officer in the air force that was helped to be healed of a stroke using anthropomorphic energy easily obtained using TV programs, microphones inside tin cans, and the Box surrounding the tin cans. (Of course, a repeating VCR with a tape of the example was going to keep the energy in with another TV show.).

Figures for building tin can as well as what a large "tin" can. The tin can for storing human energy does not have wood in the bottom of it, and is just left out. The large "tin can" will not have the wood bottom, and will also have a hole in the very center of it (surrounded by milar, foil, or mirrors) big enough for H.E.C. circuits and/or a person. The Box can be large enough for many people to work in it in total peace that contribute to the same H.E.C. for faster teleporting or illusion unraveling. Obviously a room can suffice, but as with the Box, any opening to the outside for air and/or air conditioning will have to be be done with about 12 to 15 layers of cotton and steel wool surrounded by milar, foil, and/or mirrors to reflect the human energy in that may come out.

Thank you so much for your understanding and I dare say "good faith" in this matter. Rain, unlike many of today's science of miracles is one of the harder phenomena to make happen. Although the explanations here are not totally empirically displayed, the authentication of such with today's paradigms are available with ease. Rain making is actually faster then many of the previous "miracles" because it takes the effort of an the entire town, with little or no opposition from those in the town that are not good for it i.e.: people selling drugs, people disrespectful to women etc.. Sense the first publication of this article is was not known that fast vehicles i.e. (Dependency of Fast Vehicles in the 21st Century) were a deter ant to proper weather control, but I will outline what we did and are doing every time to get rain when we want it.
1.) A unified effort of the people in the town can be discovered by means of regular "New Agish/religious" discernment from one person to another in the air. The message from one to another will be "yes, we are working for rain." (In Roswell as I hope other places are learning, leaders are not necessary, but mental as well as physical speed (rate of thinking) is deducted from observation of a person standing still, or next best the walker/bicycler etc..). As about each car passes one discerns if they are in agreement by non-verbally communicating to each other until one feels almost everyone wants rain.
2.) People in the town then need to start ascribing human energy (psychic energy) from oneself and transfer it all the way to the sky. The psychic energy has a mind set that is explained later. But moving psychic energy to the clouds may take just a little more psychic energy. At this time, many will find they must be very discrete about "letting" this human energy be unconsciously transferred from it's normal destination to those that are dishonest, fast car will also have to be "prayed against and so on...." into driving slower with less fear from fast vehicles that they may or may not admit they "spread around." no matter how much psychic war is necessary. This dependency of fast vehicles has been building up for seven and more years, hence the latter will not, in pedestrians/bicyclers/smart cars and so on, always recognize when they have been hit. Be that as it may, this is the most difficult portion of rain making, still with a whole town working on this it is pretty easy to get the energy up there.
* It is this unity and oneness of purpose that tends to make other towns and cities jealous and, of-course, has to be dealt with. All opposition to paradise conditions can be negated by means of Floaters; anomalies to photograph http://www.geocities.com/shiftgood1/, however, and the ability to use them. Floaters are a very fast means to paradise conditions and reading the book, Floaters; Anomalies to Photograph, will aid in not jut rain making, but discovering how all religious, mystic, and most any phenomena work- even bringing back extinct species. This opposition from other cities or people that don't like what the town is doing need not be fought with just Floater knowledge, but with paper on that towns garbadge cans, but thats another story..... Opposition, in any case, cannot endure, because If there is a God Almighty, and as detailed from Frank Tipler's Physics of Resurrection et. al., then what ever the purpose the energy had intended (putting human energy up to the sky for rain for example) that plant, as it were, will come back on them. Human energy accomplishes what it was purposed to accomplish- as long as it was good for the earth and the people to time indefinite- This just happens to be the theme of the Gaia Theory by J. Lovelock. In other words, opposition to a very near perfect earth, hopefully, will be drowned out by entropy and God's Will just as the Gaia Theory is similar to a god's will. (Gaia Theory by James Lovelock).*
3.) Lastly and most importantly is the way human energy works. Too much energy to the clouds will negate the initial effect. According to Carl Jung, human energy that one puts outside of themselves acts exactly like the human energy that is in one's unconscious- it "slides up and down on a scale that can make it accomplish the opposite..."** Because the collective consciousness i.e. the consciousness of groups and teem-workers, oneness of the people, etc. will mimmic the personal unconsciousness of individuals. In Roswell, and now consistantly in St. Petersburg and Tampa, I was trying to demonstrate how one cannot push their enemies too hard, sesne it makes them disappear and come back (if one is still pushing them) harder then when they disappeared. In this case it was the drug users and the local pornography dealers. Human energy outside of a person behaves just as a barometer. It goes the opposite direction and then disappears al-to-geather if the pressure is too much. So their is a fine line for human energy in the sky that one turns to clouds. Remember NOT too much.
(3b.) Finally, when the clouds form from human energy and lakes near by etc.... become enough. They need to coagulate. A coagulation symbol, therefore, must rise, such as a chain, blocks put together, beads or mason blocks. As these go up the rain is just about ready to fall. It is doesn't too much "mass or electrical huamn energy as emotions (See Floaters Anomalies- Metrics for word/symbols of time distance, emotional charge, and human autority/mass)3. This rain prohibiting human emotion in the form of bad human emotional energy is probably from fast vehicles. It is in the form of metaphors, and up where the clouds are. Hence, one or more should transfer out of the clouds any over abundance of the metaphor for emotions which is electrical waves in wave form (P.E.A.R. Margins of Reality, Princeton U. Press) or mass in terms of word like "that guy is "'heavy'". 6) One last itsie bitsy trick is- TAKE A LITTLE BIT OF PERSECUTION FROM ONE OF YOUR ENIMIES. What? No enimies? (I doubt that seriously :O). ) INSURANCE AGAINST lack of appreiciating the good electrical symbols i.e. sometimes a lightening bolt, and bad elecrical emotional symbols i.e. again, another lighting bolt that looks like the bad elecrical emotional symbol. Hence- make some electricity from scratch. Easy stuff....don't give up- rain is life and vegitables for your boss. :O) > This is where the following as well as one's instinct come into play when discerning weather one pushed too hard and negated the rain symbols already made in the sky. Remembering this then, keep in non-verbal communicate to each other, the correct amount which can be judged by two mind sets.
**TECHNICAL STUFF FOR PSYCHOLOGISTS
Energy seems to follow four basic chronological changes in it's state. This is when energy accumulates. It is first excitement in it's mass from as what it originally is and intended for. Self- explanatory, this is what we see, feel, and the mental cues of everyday Secondly with the increase of the same existence of said energy it will change to a slightly, Consistent with C. G. Jung's, Freud's and other notable psychiatrists observation that human energy in the unconscious mind is of two polar natures. One pole being spiritual, the other being instinctual or basic "cave mannish" spirit. These two poles carry information, or knowledge that will with time and increase of energy in the sense that if the knowledge (the energy in what we see, feel, and mental cues) is repeated enough the energy that comprises what we seem to see and feel as real can and does slowly switch over from one pole to the opposite pole. That is, what was once spiritual becomes instinct with repetition or time and visa-versa with repetition/or time. This would sound like the collective world is much like the brain of the individual in many characteristics. This is not new, but is the heart of what I believe C. G. Jung is trying to say about such collective issues. In any event, if the social collective "mind" acts as the individual mind, with repetition a change from collective instinctual to collective spiritual would happen and mental cues etc. would change,
not too obviously distorted from it's original intention as mentioned. Furthermore, It would change to it's opposite intention; it's opposite composition as if their were an opposite result of it's character. Thirdly energy from humans if still increased transforms to gross distortion that is more deviant than it's opposite in purpose. Lastly, and if this same energy in all of it's characteristics is increased, it will delete itself. Great amounts of human energy in this form from people will achieve the end result that is was not even present. HOWEVER, secondly there are, according to Physics manifold layers i.e. at lest three of the same of everything in nature all for lack of a better word; "batched" up together if any one form of energy in it's various amounts and states is negated, distorted, grossly distorted etc...the other two or more manifolds of it (same reality of it) will keep the energy mostly in it's mass form. NOW, this is not true of human energy, but of the energy that is required to create mass. The second aspect and third aspect of human energy I have only discovered experimentally and has been backed up by credible people. I hope to explain this in more technical terms soon.
The Mental Mind Sets for the Rain
The Mental mind set for rain is black (as in a dark rainy day) is good. As you all travel around in your cars think black and think clear (.e. rain drops in mind's eye) with be the mind set for the rain. The black mind set is easy enough to understand...black is usually what happens when rain is falling, and clear is projected into the consciousness sphere around one by being transcendental. Transcendental clear in the mind is as the old fashion fundamental transcendental "non-solid feeling."** The people must temporarily use this "clear of feelings inside the self" to have the clear mind set. This is good. The Back sets what will take place when it does rain, and the transcendental clear rain drops will set the air for the actual drops that will be around one. It is up to each individual as to how much more energy is needed or how less. The collective consciousness and teem-work spirit will enable everyone to know pretty much what the other person knows. When the town more or less is discerned as knowing what an "invisible," state is, and feels transcendental the activity of one in an open and loving state mentioned by Viscott will project the mind set to the outside of one- this is not scientific but the point is only that one must have black in the atmosphere around one, as well as "rain drops" that must be, any way one cares to, be in the atmosphere.
**One need not have lack of security as it feels when one has no feelings inside oneself, but one can have feelings AROUND themselves. Feelings around oneself are as the feelings one usually starts out with on a new day, but tends to loose as the day gets burdensome. Ask, if you can, the fundamental Christians who have mastered this transcendental state as they have. They should be willing to help you understand how feelings can be around one instead of just 'in" one. This by no means means one must have the typical "Jesus" around one which is what fundamentals like to have, but feelings around one that consists of other good things one is used to. If this sounds confusing. Fundamentalists Christians i.e. Assemblies of God, Church of God, Pentecostal's are experts at being "invisible like" and should be willing to explain this in every detail- just remember that they will want to have the "Jesus" like feelings in you as well sense this is what obviously makes them the "Fundamentals").
So then, having the black in the mind for the darkness of rain, and transcendental (just feelings around one) where rain drops can be accumulated (the area around that that is transcendental is indeed the area where the rain drops can be created. I have tried to create rain drops simply in the mind's eye, but this transcendental attitude conveys exactly what rain is- clear. The conditions that will happen when it does rain having been met, nature will respond to as you in your town go about thinking and working. The "sending" now of such mind sets that have already been projected to the as "vibes" around one are not sent up into the sky. The sending of things "upward" is what seems to be a phenomena that happens in the normal course of one's day.
Oddly enough, if one's mind set is bright as opposed to black, the dark atmosphere necessary for rain will instead make the sun shine [instead of rain]. THIS IS HOW YOU GET RID OF TOO MUCH "RAIN" IN THE AIR, not to mention too much rain from flooding hurricanes etc. Sunshine in the mind that gets projected around one also "EATS" human energy if you have over done it. This is usually the case when people transfer "black" and "rain drops" - they make way too much too fast. Making a good long rain will take sometimes three to three and a half days.:O))) So, if you and/or others feel that you have accidentally made too much black energy and/or rain energy, and you feel your town is getting the opposite of rain as you work along, think bright yellow as a mind set. Bright yellow symbolizes sunshine and with diligence this projected "vibe" will eventually make floater-like holes in the "excess" and will correct the balance. Black in the mind = rain, diligent work with bright yellow in the mind= sunshine.
Synopsis- Project the black and clear into the air itself, and with a little more, make is rise to the sky. NOT TOO MUCH (it must proceed like in a slow steady state. If one wants to just do slight periods of making darkness and clear rainish thoughts transferred into the air, that will add up too and in a few days...presto you will get rain. Again, it helps to correct opposition from other towns or ridicules by pulling in floaters (amounts of human energy in forms of opposition from other people). One may see floaters of human energy coming out of their body just as Roswell is very familiar with, by and large, so that the holes one will see made in the clouds, by said opposition, will be pulled back in (See Floaters; Anomalies to Photograph- Dealing with opposition to "Miracles.").
This is by far the fastest and most thorough explanation of everything Roswell did to get rain the first time we did it. As we continue to make rain, deal with opposition, sex, drugs, and mean feelings that some people unfortunately put out (sometimes even children without manners can deter rain :O( ), we know that eventually and perhaps faster with a little prayer to God Almighty, we can get rain. Sense Roswell, and the American Indians of long ago knew the first efforts for rain take work, and even then the work can attract attention that destroys the coagulation of the water molecules (more said on this later)it has taken these Roswellians, which I have yet to see daunted, overcome every know obstacle that stood in their way....in fact....they even group together to "pay" for others that have a hard time dealing personal problems, hence the complete balance of the towns psychic energy. We have had our eight legitimate rains in in less than two months. Thank you, God bless you and I will be praying for you to get all the rain (or lack of it) you want.
Note: If you have problems with too much rain as Roswell did when we first did the procedure, YOU MUST BE TO YOURSELF. EVERYONE (willing) in the town, but not have their sphere of presence outward but keep very much to themselves for perhaps two days. This is because the openness that people like to do for a good rain etc... is not common in these days where people tend to not be of the Frank Viscott "open and loving environment".
During the course of utilizing symbols and harnessing human energy for making rain in city of Tampa, Fla., we discovered after much rain (three days non-stop after two days of work) during a "dry spell" getting clouds to form was relatively easy but getting the rain itself to fall was a problem. As in New Mexico the Roswellians could always get clouds but the rain would not fall in many cases of rain making. Hence two other symbols for rain were necessary for indisputable high to low pressure system as well as condensation of the water molecules for precipitation. The bottlenecks being elevated, we now get rain without fail every time the initial steps (except when we get some unexpected "wows" from others realizing what was going on, hehe) are taken as well as the following two more steps.
The high to low pressure system as the conscious projection into the collective conscious "air" (as does the unconscious into the consciousness of others- C. Jung, Freud et al.) will be to think of a symbol for low to high pressure. The symbol must be common in nature, easy to understand and ultimately easy to visualize in the mind's eye. I have found that the "spontaneous" rising and lowering of a bubble is a suitable mind's eye symbol for higher to lower air pressure. As one keeps this phenomena- a bubble going to a smaller size from a larger size- "automatically" means the pressure in the air around the Bubble is going from higher to lower. The symbol will soon fill the air, via the projection from the rain maker. This will actually change the air-pressure. This process only takes several minutes to a few minutes of consciousness depending upon the experience one has with conscious projections. If many people think the same symbol for changing air-pressure, obviously, the process becomes faster. Within a few hours, only a few hundred people are required for the result. If the result is not seen, it will, as did the blackness in the mind's eye, add up in due time. The second symbol now is that of making water condense or lowering it's surface tension. This symbol must also be commonly found in nature, simple, and to the point for the masses. Oddly enough, this symbol that can stand for surface tension change falls under the Heitler-London Exchange Energy Principal revised by Robert Jan and Brenda Dunne from Prinston's P.E.A.R. project. Eab= Ea + Eb + Ex; X being the anomalous increment for a change in any combination. A change in surface tension of water molecules will require this type of principal. However surface tension is tricky. It must not be too much of a change or the water will simply be smaller in size the same as bubble only form with exactly the right amount of surface change. Therefore a real anomaly that makes a total change (total change signified by the "x" in Ex) will make the water molecules smaller or a surface tension that is not only a partial change in energy exchange sense the "vibes" sent up will be that of a total change in surface tension. But a "regular" or partial change where the end product from the initial components is NOT considered an anomaly will make the symbol that will indeed change the surface tension just enough. Anything considered "miraculous" "anomalous" or "phenomenal" as a result of combining things will not work, only a regular, or everyday union of something keeps the exchange energy from being too much of a change. Insidently a partial change in it's best form is the exact "vibe" that will make a partial energy exchange and can be done when one only partially finishes a trains of thought. When one's intended train of thought does not reach it's logical conclusion one creates the precise vibe for surface tension change in water molecules, but this is exactly the same formula that psychology says happens when one goes insane. One's train of thought is broken, fragmented, and does not reach it's total conclusion. Therefore, the broken train of thought will put a person in "crazy" land and although ideal is a bit tricky. I suggest that only one that can take what they have put out in this manor try this thought process in rain making. But a simpler, albeit longer symbol than the "crazy" vibe is that of a book. A book is, simply enough, a symbol of a union of the same elements, but by no means is considered an "anomaly" or miracle etc. and can be our symbol that we focus on until it itself is a "vibe" in the air. I hope to write another book on Rain Making, but I have three books I have to get to the stands as it is, and rain making was just an easy one for this town. I am sure it will be for your town too. So keep an eye on ROSWELL...we will, God willing (and no doubt She is..) have rain approx. every two weeks and no floods. PTL. :O)- Roswellian Citizen.
