we have workers in an open and loving environment (Viscott 85). It is assumed that everyone is under some authority but sense it has already been proven that a boss or manager can be worked around she has been left out. A manager's presence is a transient fact in basic work situations and is only needed for initial motivation so in our peace making this motivator and coordinator is not used. In reversing the amount of tactical teem spirit or peace, a small amount of energy in opposition to one or more will, of course, have no substantial effect upon a person or group. But if disputes continue and are large enough and overcome basic respect levels for another it would be safe to say one or more people will evolve into the ones having the "bad day." The we feeling in a chat room sometimes feels, perhaps unconsciously, as if it lessened when lack of respect for another continues. Here the idea of seeds, that is to say: quantities of potential disruption [from individuals or members of a group] lie in every group.1 "It seems to be true in general that every group has within it the seeds of its own destruction. That is to say, every group contains potential disruptive FORCES. (Capitols mine) Indeed, the basic definition of a group in terms of the interdependence of it's members implies just this. Interdependence implies that the individual has.....a VALUE which it would not have otherwise."2 For example peace, teem-spirit or an open loving environment has an illusion of being in the air everywhere so that if an idea or situation where B's respect level is overcome somehow by 'A,' this fragile illusion (or be it real) immediately breaks. Peace is also so vacillating, it may be lacking "in the air" and not be noticed when gone*. Hence transferences by the non-respecting one as well as her object, are sometimes not noticed until much time passes. The transferors and one infringed upon may never notice an initial impingement, without seeing a floater. The experimental setup in both cases are;

1.) Everyone is under some amount of authority
2.) Human manipulation has converted energy from higher to lower, or visa versa.
3.) Everyone is basically of the same state and potential, represented by equal space.

This example as a working utopia lacks only one practical factor, that being- law enforcement against the one doing the transference. But from experience, foxes are best photographed at spontaneous times, and only take minor hostility. With special cameras and potential differences from various acts of mis-trust, can be photographed. But with a lack of teem-spirit, floaters appear in a group if basically one of the three criteria has significantly been changed. They fill a void that would usually make one blink and is in between people.

How far do floaters travel? As short or a far out as our sphere of attention is spontaneously (Prinzmetal, Edwards, Allen). As our visual focus moves closer or further from us, floaters move also. This is not to say that they are dependent upon where our attention is or where one can literally see. They may be seen in the minds eye as if they were thousands of miles around the globe. Such a varied yet consistent set of circumstances would make floater catching seem like a wind-chasing occupation but it will be shown not, nor are those unfamiliar with floaters seeking in vain because floaters do follow specific sets of rules. Consequently, the gambit of a floater's speed and direction follows an ether in which emotion, cognizance, and unconscious sightings, act as limiter and propagator.

In the near future, Blinking English and Foxes will enable one to see many means of discovering phenomena. For example, in a situation where one is not aware of a floater coming from them, the floater light will follow all of the rules for light diffraction, and reflection- IF in a setting where other people are unaware of the experiment. For rules of relativity metaphors, which I will not go into now the light from a floater will not follow light rules unless around other people unaware of floater experiements. Moving on-The figures show a floater coming out of a computer monitor into another from a transference.

Management VS. Entropy in 2003. According to Mr. Loins (Modern Myths and Superstition) the longer a church organization exists where growth is going on, as does a any business or biological organism, entropy will have it’s Petering Principal Effect (i.e. the Peter Principal States that a person who is capable of doing great work will continue to get promotions until that person reaches their level of incompetency. Funny as that sounds, you will continue to do good until you finally start doing bad work). Mr. Loins states that Jewish, Christian and other religious groups remain as the organization gets temporary “shots” in the arm. A new prophet is as a shot in the arm, and a new business idea is also a greater or lessor spirulas. But history has always shown that it takes more than temporary help to buffet the effects of time and entropy. It needs radical change for the good (i.e. good being the indefinite existence of earth and mankind in somewhat Gaia tradition). Therefore, any or a radical change in any organization is necessary to keep the organization going. It’s easy enough to see that we need new things. Old things are still nice, and if even better than new, but if the necessity for change is to be slowed before chaos happens how does one radically change any orgaization today? First, don't meet at a certain time. Be late or early, if at all possible. Every organization is just setting a time to meet togeather. Then time being one common factor; businesses etc.. will reduce the entropy effect. Another, and certainly redical change depends upon the relationship of the worker and mangers. The way that seems to work best is for a worker to let his/her ideas at the organization be radical enough to look smarter than the boss. This is not so bad, and one shouldn't balk at this idea. One need only be smarter looker than the boss for about five minutes under mutual agreement with said bosses etc. and make the boss that much more in honor later the next day. That simply means that if all ere to spontainiously change a little at the work place, look smarter than the boss, and not be subject to being fired- this extremely radical change should nullify the chaos indented with entropy. Further changes would even be a totally voluntary work force, at least one that doesn’t ask for unnecessary raises in the future. This entails, of course another paradigm where people truly become dependant upon a Higher Love (God Almighty) and work for the love of working....Lord Willing.

Although one would not think it normal that human energy can bounce off mirrors returning as the same amount and quality of human energy that went out, experiment shows it does. As long as one is not aware of the experiment beforehand, as in pulling in a floater from an unaware chat room, human energy will bend around a glass of water and rejoin at the other end finishing it's course to the "puller". This is more or less what quantum physics says for subatomic particles. As in Quantum Physics, the results of the experiment depend upon the set up of the experiment. In the next two chapters I will show why these things occur quantumly speaking.

*This deficit is noticed, however; unconsciously, as blinking or other metabolic energy changes from muscles (i.e.: neck moving, bending over, emotional surges) and are noticed more if used for maliciousness (blinking more when negative).

FLOATERS/FOXES; And the Building Blocks of Nature

During the night, when it is generally scary, and "yucky," you may try to figure, "What's my neighbor's thought?" or "What he is up to?" So you make an assumption, and you go about your business. In the discourse of your next meeting with your neighbor you find out the accuracy (Oskar Pfungst 1904) of your guess is perfect. In another situation, one walks into a restaurant. The participants are few, and the atmosphere doesn't seem as charged with positive feelings. One is encouraged as they walk in and, perhaps, others walking in get chaged too. These experiences are all too common, and happening incessantly. But what's going on? What is happening mentally to make such things?

The "why" of various thinking abilities like the above have more than one explanation but not many. The significance of thinking, "is he,""is he not" doing this, or that, and what caused me to feel better in this room, besides it's nice accommodations, have always played a mental roll in one's future. But the relationships society has with each other is often as vague and as discreet as the mental processes of thought. I hope to show the essence of the previous thought actions by tangible explanations, so that one can repeat these anomalies if not experientially, then pragmatically. The necessary ingredients and format given will also show Floaters as a more geographic structure as the quantitative nature of one's entire world are explored in more detail. Cues, kosher abilities with the mind, and common links with reality should do this. Some explanation of General Relativity and Quantum Physics is necessary, but only a couple principals.

Getting through with what has been called "Rocket Science" one can say learning Relativity Theory, and it's friend: Quantum Science is like the first time one tied their shoe. As the endurance gave place to "What adulthood!" So tying together time-space, photons and mass will bring equal seniority.

"At this point we have the laces of our new shoes in our hands. They are vaguely familiar..." Relativity we remember no doubt, but could always use a little brushing up. If two bicycles were tossing a ball to each other: Fig.: 1.

in front of an observer, the "true" path of the ball would vary according to one's position. It could be traveling either path A to B, or path A to C. How does one measure the true path of the ball? Weather or not the path is 'A' to 'B' or 'A' to 'C' depends not on time, but on the speed of light in the strictest scientific sense. Sense only a measure or unit that does not change will be accurate to measure speed, the speed of light is how we determine distance. Now we are going to replace the ball with light coming from a flashlight in the hand of bicycler A. The true trajectory of the light from a flashlight could not take the course as both balls in the figure. What? You mean you cannot get a light to travel what balls do all the time? Correct, because light always travels the same speed no matter where it starts out of from, no matter what place C is standing on, light doesn't go fast and slow at the same time. If we turn the flashlight on at point the same point A throws the ball, one is initially tempted to add the speed of light with the "scene" of bicycle 'A' and his hand to the light to get an identical amount of distance from AB and A to C. That is we try to crunched together somehow what A and B saw with what C saw. This; however, is not possible. Because of light we must look at the seen as if bicycle 'A' as well as the light coming from a guy that just turned on the flash where the ball was shown as if it nothing will be seen at all until the light from the flashlight reaches B. Equally, the light from the flashlight as well as the bicycler and his hand will not be seen until the light from the flashlight is seen. Before this we see nothing. But wait! What about more nothing than the other nothing? Note the formula; E=MC2. The speed of light; C, times itself; CC, among other things, it is meant to be a large number. Catching up to this perfect sounding board, light speed, one would have to be nothing. Thinner than air, or anything because one would have no length. One would have all the time he ever needed to, perhaps, call the "true" strikes at ball games, and not worry about opposition, from calling those strikes, sense he would be the heaviest person imaginable. Mass as well as time would become infinite if one were to travel light speed. So what can one do to live with nature's governor? You guessed- bend time and space! To prove time is naturally malleable one must prove it from common experience or hit Math and Physics books. Or, one could not explain it at all as in the movies. Never may that happen!

"Hey!" "Lets speed up time. Maybe we can get out of here tonight!" Sound familiar? How many times have we heard this while working on the job? While trying to get off work in a hurry, and when late while traveling toward a date's house many testify intuitively of minute instances where we "knew" we were speeding up time. If asking others about literally making time, the answers would be diverse: "We were more efficient and made time..." Still others would say, "We made time, phenomenally- truly "created" more time." Now more than ever people are becoming aware of their ability to manipulate time. In between a wall and us as we lay upon our beds, or do our office work, we know that the distance between us and the wall is filled with not just nothing. That distance is filled with billions of photons. Proven that a person can see just one photon in a dark room, (Malikei) it stands to reason that we could say, she see photons. If whirling around in a circle, as children do, looking at a fan and blinking at it suddenly makes us aware of a stationary part of the fan. Either us, the object, the photons or time/space slowed down. There is no chance that our minds slow down to see the moving objects, nor light has changed. It couldn't have been the latter sense the speed of light traveling to our minds, that is, reflections of light off objects don't change, yet we see objects clearly, like a fan, after blinking without even a blur. A hard-wired ability to literally change time must be within us. From virtually any angle, this experiment will still have the same results. Seeing time and distance's flexibility is obvious when it somersaults as two lover's look into each other' s eyes. "I love you." from two newly wed's makes time seem infinite. Time, being so enmeshed with distance, control of distance must be able to be changed in our unconscious also. Easy. Now one has experimental proof of the arbitrary nature of time/distance and I encourage any sort of time/distance control But psychological investigation of time and distance manipulation should be modest, after all, Einstein knowing more than most, was humble enough to keep himself hired as a clerk. Time and distance are variable, but there remains the practical importance for the rigidness of time/distance. We cannot make agendas for meetings if metaphysics alone makes time unpredictable. Is distance a variable to humans or must one depend upon fate and luck to make it to work on time? Congratulations! We have just learned how time as well as anything can have a duo existence in nature. This duo ability to bend time and not to bend time is scientifically known as wave*/particle duality theory- or the Complimentary Principal of Quantum Physics. All things in nature have two complimentary ways of looking at them. "There is a time and season for everything."

Nature's wave/particle or Complimentary Principal is far from new. Examples are; in the oriental Yin and Yang philosophy, the marriage of religion and science in Alchemy, and especially noticeable in the Song of Solomon: "If she be a wall, we shall build upon her a battlement of silver, but if she be a door, we shall block her up with a cedar plank."(Canticles or Song of Solomon; 8:9). Not just a woman's chest can be as solid as a substantial wall and do on, people can feel "solid" or loose,- "not all there." Finally, if one understands the Correspondence Principal, the rest of anything as difficult as Quantum goes down like grapes. By far, during the effort to work out Quantum, the Correspondence of mass stating that particles, even rocks, are like energy waves (non-solid things) and give off energy waves was shocking to the scientific world. Science was beside itself with new questions. Mass waves were theorized by Charles DeBroglie and correspond to all particles. Now, all energy is described as waves. When touching a wave in a glass of water, one touches the water, not the wave. If the agitation in that glass increase than the number of waves must have increased. In other words, if sound had waves, and light had waves, now, solid things were made up of waves. At sizes of electrons, protons, and muons, particles are waves and move or agitate. But particles making up atoms of the molecules of rock agitate so much in such a small area, one cannot see them move. The Correspondence Principal states; the greater the agitation, viz: speed of the particle, the smaller the distance between it's waves; and complementarily, the slower the particle's speed, the larger the distance between it's waves. Things smaller than atoms, sub-atomic particles, have very fast speeds. High speeds, more waves, and smaller than atomic size is what makes particles- non-particles. It must be understood at this point; atoms are not the planetary models we were taught. They do consist of protons, electrons, and other parts, but behave all sorts of surprising ways. If an atomic particle crashes with another particle it exchanges energy with it, apparently melts into another particle, and sometimes dissolves or disappears. Many particles at sub-atomic levels have been photographed to behave as this. So, reluctantly, scientist's must believe in invisible things known as non-particle particles. Here's the tough part. Particles (solids) turn into waves (non-solids) and visa-versa. This is very much unlike the "orbits of electrons around protons" in early school.

This apparent contradiction solves the complex question of Plato's mass world and Aristotle's Ether. Both mass (solids) and waves (energy) may have the existence of waves at times, mass at times, and even both. Strangely again, in the subatomic world it is not an "anything goes" with helter skelter disappearing et al., we just don't have a computer big enough to follow all of the moves and changes particles make. In all of the "bouncing around" if one adds the energy of a "disappearing" before and after it's done, one will see the same amount of energy before as after this transformation. At molecular size, thank God, reality somehow comes out to behave with all the chemistry laws we can recognize. To sum up the Correspondence Principal; the minute we look at things that are smaller than atoms- electrons and protons etc., ones see things crashing, etc.. so that most all the confusion about Quantum discoveries should be solved. Even pure science requires a little faith.

** This is not always the case as one can eventually discover with the physiology of the Floater. Floaters are a distinct relationship with the human psyche where one can imagine changes of light's speed in one's mind and be aware of the opposition they may have to that image in the form of a floater. Instantaneous, or close to it must be thought of as actually happening, because one thought it did happen. But for now, this is not possible to reach in physics.
